How Credits Work
Your plan includes a set number of website changes per billing cycle. Small things are always free. Larger work costs one or more credits depending on scope. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Always Free: No Credits Charged
The following requests are never counted against your allowance, regardless of plan:
- Minor wording or copy edits (fixing a typo, updating a sentence)
- Correcting bugs introduced by our own previous work
- Emergency response to a critical site outage
- Adjusting something that was built incorrectly during initial development
If you are ever unsure whether something is free, just submit the request and describe it clearly. We will confirm the credit impact before any work begins.
What Costs Credits, and How Many?
Credit cost scales with scope. A single focused update is one credit. Larger work that touches multiple parts of your site costs more.
1 Credit: Single Focused Update
A single, focused update to one part of your site:
- Swapping an image, logo, or icon
- Updating or adding a block of text
- Adjusting colors, fonts, or spacing on a section
- Adding or removing a button or link
- Changing a form field or label
- Standard incident report resolved by our team
2 Credits: Moderately Complex Update
A moderately complex update involving multiple parts:
- Redesigning an existing section or component
- Building a new single-purpose page (contact, about, etc.)
- Integrating a third-party widget or embed
- Adding animation or interactive behavior to a section
- Structural layout changes on an existing page
3+ Credits: Significant Work
Significant work spanning multiple pages or systems:
- Building a new multi-section feature from scratch
- Full page redesign or rebrand of a major section
- New functionality requiring backend logic or API work
- Adding a new major page with custom layout and content
High Priority Requests
High priority moves your request to the front of the work queue for a faster turnaround. Each plan includes a limited number of high-priority upgrades per month. Enabling high priority on a request uses one of those upgrades.
High priority is about queue position and turnaround speed. It does not bypass our quality process. Every request, high priority or not, goes through the same review.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I am not sure how many credits a request will cost?
Just submit it. Our team will review the scope and let you know before any work begins if it will use more than one credit. You are never charged without knowing first.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
It depends on your plan. Core Growth rolls over up to 3 change credits and 1 priority upgrade. Core Command rolls over up to 6 change credits and 2 priority upgrades. Core Start has no rollover.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-cycle?
We will let you know and pause new requests until your cycle resets. You can also contact us to discuss options such as a one-time credit top-up or an upgrade to a higher plan.
Is high priority the same as urgent?
High priority moves your request to the front of our work queue and shortens the turnaround window. It is separate from urgency level. A high-priority request still goes through our standard review and quality process, just faster.
Can a single change use zero credits?
Yes. Minor text edits, typo corrections, and fixes for issues caused by our own work are always free. When in doubt, submit the request and we will clarify.
