What counts as a website change?
A change request is a modification to your existing website. Examples include:
- Updating text, images, hours, or contact details
- Adding or editing a page within your plan's page capacity
- Adjusting a design element, layout, or color
- Editing a form, menu, or gallery
- Swapping seasonal content or promotions
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of standard changes, plus a number of high-priority upgrades that move a request to a faster turnaround. Larger items, such as a brand-new custom feature or a full redesign, fall outside the change allowance and are quoted separately, so there are never surprise charges.
