User Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
This policy explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Core Directive LLC, including data received from connected social accounts.
01. How to Request Deletion
- Email elijah@coredirective.net with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”
- Include the email address associated with your Core Directive account.
- Identify any connected service, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google, whose associated data you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, payment card information, or other sensitive credentials by email.
02. Identity Verification
We may verify control of the account or email address before processing a deletion request.
03. What We Delete
Deletion may include account profile information, social account identifiers, stored access or refresh tokens, support messages, project information, and other personal information associated with the verified account.
04. Processing Time and Confirmation
We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and send confirmation when the request is complete.
05. Information We May Retain
We may retain limited information required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or contractual purposes.
06. Third-Party Services
Core Directive can only delete information under its control. Information held directly by Facebook, Instagram, Google, Stripe, or another provider may need to be deleted through that provider.
